Trevor started preschool this year! Here in Georgia kids can start elementary school at age 4 doing pre-k, but its all day from 7:30 am to 3 pm. I felt like that was a little much for Trevor when it would be his first year of structured school. We opted to put him in a preschool through a Methodist church. He goes everyday from 9 am to noon. He has 10 kids in his class and has two teachers. He does a lot of craft projects, reading, writing, and they get playground time everyday. He has really enjoyed going to school everyday. He especially loves the fact that he is a school boy like his dad, one benefit of Dave being in school :). Overall, this preschool has been a great fit.
Trevor's first day of school! We made his school bag. They don't allow backpacks. Only open canvas bags so we got a plain black bag and he picked yellow paint to decorate with. He mostly instructed me on what to paint on his bag. He also got some new batman shoes that light up. He thinks there awesome. Logan also loves the batman shoes and tried to put them on any time they are available.

Logan was not so thrilled about Trevor going to school. The first week he was really sad every time we dropped Trevor off. Then he would ask every 30 minutes where's Trevor? After the first week he got used to being on his own and enjoyed going solo with me.
He did have a hard time making it home awake from Trevor's school. Its only a ten minute drive, but it was long enough that he would just fall asleep. He's past that now and most the time makes it home in the morning, but doesn't always make it in the afternoon. Logan loves his Lightning McQueen sunglasses.
