We have tried to take advantage of the sunny days by going on walks or heading to the park. It really is so good for all of us to get outside in the sunshine. Sometimes I really need to remind myself of that and not get bogged down by the thought, "Do we really have time, or it will be so much work for just a few minutes." Because it is always worth it.
Trevor had an open house night at his school where the parents are invited to come and see all the things they work on and do while there at school. Trevor was pretty excited to see all of his friends and his teachers. Almost too excited, that he forgot we were there. But that's okay, it was fun to see his enthusiasm about friends and school. He was very proud of his penguin/polar bear that he had made. It was a penguin on one side and a polar bear on the other. Afterwards, we stopped to get him an ice cream cone, he was thrilled! So proud of him.
