Before our trip to Utah

I have MIA from this blog for a couple months because we took a 5 week trip to Utah to see our families and friends. This post is all the pictures I didn't get a chance to put on here before we left. Logan is into everything! and climbs on everything as you can see in several of these pictures. He is so much fun though! He is so happy and thinks he is having the time of life discovering new things and getting into new places. He is definitely adventurous and fearless. Maybe not a good combo?

Trevor is also a good time. He is now a big three year old and I often wonder when did he become a little boy and not a toddler. He is very creative and loves telling us stories about him and his four, sometimes five, robot friends. Aaron the Airplane, Spencer the Spaceship, Maverick the Monster truck, Fred the Fire Truck, and Rory the Racecar. These names were made up by his Dad, but they have stuck and he does not forget any of them! He loves to talk and always has to be in the middle of any conversation. He is very curious about how and why things work. He's full of questions and demands an answer. Sometimes this is frustrating, but I try to remind myself he is just trying to learn.
We took a trip to Zoo Atlanta with some of our good friends.
Trevor loves the zoo especially feeding the animals.

Logan just couldn't stay awake for all of the zoo. He's funny about sleep, sometimes he does just fine without a morning nap and other times he just can't make it to lunch time without a nap.
And he just is into everything...as you can see.

This pretty much sums up Trevor's activities at home...running. As fast as he can go!

We celebrated the 4th of July with some good friends. We went to their house and had some yummy food then started some fireworks. We started with bottle rockets which terrified all of the kids except for Trevor. He thought they were awesome and wanted to do more. There is a video below of the first firework. Then we tried to introduce the kids to sparklers and firecrackers but they were all a little hesitant except for Trevor, he couldn't get enough of all the fireworks.

 We did some painting.
 and some laundry.
 and some dump trucking.
So I'll be honest. I fed my kids lunch at Kohl's, on an outdoor patio set. Kind of ghetto, but they loved it and it was better than sitting out in the heat :).
I'll leave you with this cute watermelon face!
